I am not a biblical scholar. I do not have a doctorate in teaching the Bible. I do not even have a degree in writing. I am certain that there are many much more qualified men, but by the grace of God I am what I am. I want to use Devotions for Growth as a way to write down some thoughts: a place to store the things that God has shown or will show me in my quiet or study time. I want to be able to encourage others also. I hope it is helpful, and my vision is not to reveal new things to those reading, but to remind and encourage with things already known--and to use scripture as the base. Devotions for Growth is written for the glory of God. I will do my best to stay Bible based and doctrinally sound.
